Oman Electricity Transmission Company awards Trade Links & Services Manah 400KV Grid Station Project.
Trade Links & Services (TLS) / Civilco JV, a leading Omani PT&D Contractor, awarded an EPC contract value of USD 25 million for Manah 400kV Grid Station & Associated OHL LILO from Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC).
The project scope project includes end-to-end Engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the GIS bays, including four incomers from Manah Solar IPP, including substation automation and relay panels. This switching station evacuates renewable energy generated up to 1000 MW. It requires the latest grid technology & infrastructure designed to integrate with the rapidly transforming national grid seamlessly. Project aims to deliver on Oman’s commitment to increase renewable energy generation to 10% before 2025. Improve the reliability of the transmission network and cater to the growing demand.
